I logged on after the recent maintenance and I noticed that I lost some of my craftsmanship and control stats. I knew I had at least 347 craftsmanship on my blacksmith before the maintenance (it was more like 38x) but now it went down to 283.
EDIT: No bug, I didn't realize that I didn't have my offhand equipped >.<
