Can't find the world Shinryu in the world transfer list

Hi! Everyone. I want to transfer my character from Phoenix to Shinryu (which allows new character creation currently). However, I just can't find Shinryu in the world transfer list in mog station. Does anyone know what to do in order to make the transfer possible?:(

Shinryu is a world on the Mana data center, which is for Japanese players, whereas Phoenix is part of the EU-based Chaos data center. I'm not an expert but I think that's what the problem is.

But I am able to select Japanese servers such as Bahamut......

pretty sure you cant transfer there

The new worlds are locked down for transfers for now until their economies and such are caught up to the rest of the servers.
