Hearing Aggro symbol

I guess it's been overlooked since the beta, but when the aggro symbol was updated to account for colorblind players it seems that all of the red aggro symbols, no matter their type before, got replaced with the current yellow face in red triangle symbol.

The enemies that used to have the hearing aggro symbol now have the sight aggro symbol, but I can walk slowly in circles around these enemies or through crowds of them without aggroing them at all. I have confirmed this with both Ochu-type enemies and Sapling-type enemies of varying levels and areas, including during FATEs where they don't show the symbol anyway.

Although it has no practical effect on the game, I view this as a bug because the aggro symbol is showing the wrong type for how the enemies actually aggro.
