Action Indicator still vanishing from Action Bar on defeat of a monster
Every time a monster is defeated by yourself or a party member, the selection indicator on the action bar still vanishes from use even with the new setting of Action Bar Display on.

Steps:
1) Toggle on the Action Bar Display option.
2) Defeat any monster normally, afterwards the action indicator will vanish and you are no longer able to scroll through the skill sets (1-10, 11-20, 21-30) with up or down or attempt to side-shift through the current set of shown skills with left or right.
3) You have to now press a skill currently shown on the action bar to attempt its use to make the action indicator reappear onto the action bar.
4) Well the problem with this is if the skill you wish to actually wanted to use is not on the skill set of the currently displayed action bar, it is impossible to use.
example:
My skill Light Shot skill is placed on action slot 1
My currently displayed action set is skills 11-20 when a monster dies
There is still another monster currently engaged but I am unable to use my Light Shot on it until I attempt to use another skill that was set in slots 11-20 to see the indicator again
Being forced to press and cancel or use another skill unwillingly to be able to continue fighting the next monster is bad enough but with the stamina bar gone to prevent excess skill use, it's getting a lot harder to adapt to this horrible game aspect which Action Bar Display On should have fixed.
