Bugged Window while Crafting

Description:
I was crafting on Culinarian to make some hq table salt and found a strange bug. I hit careful synthesis II to finish the craft and after the bar for progress filled, a second glitched window popped up and then the craft completed. I tried it on maple syrup too and it did the same thing, however upon switching classes it no longer did this so I'm not sure what caused it. I have a screenshot of the window that popped up

4. Craft Completes Successfully
