Steps:
Checked my title list on the character profile window in the game and noticed that a lot of the titles I have the achievements for are missing. Most such titles are ones from 1.0. But there's also new ones like "The Professional" for the "Career Oportunities" achievement. I also spoke the NPC Jonathas and recieved all I could from him. Titles are still missing.

I've noticed this some time ago but never worried about it as the titles weren't really visible.
