There are no characters available for World Transfer

I just bought a new copy of final fantasy 14 arr for my brother to come play with me.

I just transferred worlds to tonberry a day before he got his copy.

He tries to join my world and he cannot because its not accepting new characters.

So we try doing a world transfer to see if that will work but we cant find out because when he tries to do a world transfer it says "There are no characters available for World Transfer" which is not true because he is level 9 now anyway.

Why cant he world transfer? He cant even go to any world because it says his character does not exist.

Is this because he is still in the trial period? not that it should matter he is willing to pay to move worlds!!!! STUPID SE. Please someone help ASAP we are about over this game before we have even began.

We only want to play together. if we cant there is no point

If any of these are true of your brother's character then those issues will have to be rectified before he can transfer. It's likely the fact the character isn't three days old yet but he may also simply have items up for sale on the market board.

Yes, you should read all of the transfer restrictions and requirements that are listed on that ToS that you receive immediately upon selecting the world transfer service.

He doesn't know what a retainer is lmfao

He is fresh he just started and I am on the ohone walking him through as we go and as of this post he just hit level ten as an archer. no other classes used at all. he is grid just mowing through quests and doing some surrounding hunts etc, getting to know the map.......

So what restrictions would be on a noobie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the server is not accepting new characters, then you also will not be able to transfer to it, I believe. Just try to make a character there when there is a morning or late night in Japan.
