If you are talking search for item in the market it 'shows' the normal quality icon.
Just open it and you will see an icon next to an item if its HQ
No - we're talking about the (newly added) feature to locate the items in your inventory and at retainers and - yes - it's "broken" as it locates only NQ ones at the moment ... :(
