Housing - Cragsoul Lamp not lit up

The Cragsoul Lamp is no longer glowing! It's just... dark... No matter what time of day. There are no options to turn it on. My FC leader also tried to pick it up/re-place it and it still didn't work.

Running around the ward I saw that no one else's lamps were working either. I'm not sure whether the Titanic Cragsoul Lamp is working or not; I didn't see any lit up in our ward.
