Are Novus weapons getting another upgrade in 2.3?

All that work for an i110 weapon doesn't seem worth it.

No, it will stay below the current BCoB weapon until we get BCoB3.
The relic is intended to be sub-par to the latest Coil weapon.

Novus will be with us for a while...
