leveling food for bard?

I'm looking to pick up some food just to help level my bard, I was hoping to just get vendor food, but I'm not sure what food to buy. if you could name some good ones it would be very appreciated.

All food are 3% exp iirc. Stat gains are negligible if leveling a combat class is your goal. May as well get free night milks from the buffalo near costa del sol. If not, buy the cheapest food you can find from the vendor as long as it increases exp gain, which they all should.

You can buy dodo omelettes from npcs in Eastern and Western Thanalan for 28g which give 4% vit (max 2), 1% det and 8% crit (max 5).
