Color in Ul'Dah

Plants and banners! I approve. (Maybe they were from an old patch? I haven't been on in a while.)

i believe they are new. I saw them and was very impressed. The place is really starting to look good.

Limsa also has more banners around the place, and several roads have been opened up to make getting around the different levels much easier.

I've had no luck getting online, but that's good to know about LL being more accessible ^^
