Delivery Moogle item enclosement visual item duplication

Attaching an item to a letter with the Delivery Moogle, and then moving it to another slot in the letter creates a visual duplicate of the item. Same happens if you right-click said item and select "Remove item". The duplicates also are missing the item description when you hover over them with the cursor. The issue happens with every Delivery Moogle, on the world Phoenix-EU.

Seems to be purely visual, sent a letter with 5 apkallu eggs to a friend when I only had a single one in my bag, friend only got 1 egg. Can't retrieve the duplicates from the letter either.

As you can see, I only have one Stablemaid's Hat in my armoury, but 5 of them in the letter.
