Error Code [20512][10009][-2143088536] Unable to download patch files.

I am playing on the PS4.
I cannot download the most recent update.
I get to 460.95mb downloaded, then my speed bottoms
out and I get the above error code.
I've had no problems with previous patches, and nothing has
changed in my router settings, nor my ISP.
This is not an ISP or router issue, this is something on SE's end
that has suddenly just cropped up.
Please help me out with this!
I pay to play this game, but I can't because of half ass patches.
I'm seriously considering cancelling my subscription.
I have no problem with any other games on the system, or on any
other system that I have. I've tried reinstalling, resetting router, everything I can
think of, with no luck.

I just got this game and I am having the EXACT same problem. Same error code too. I payed $40 for this game and I cant play it! I have tried everything! Even disabled firewalls. So the problem isn't on my end its on SE
