Sound is flat / tinny after June 4th/5th patch

The moment i logged into game after the patch, i noticed it sounded off. Doing the proper thing of checks and balances, i logged out and rebooted my machine as well as checked to make sure all my sound drivers were correct. A wasted effort but i know that it will be questioned by everyone and their mother(s) if i come on here reporting an issue and not checking my system first.

After doing all the self-diagnostics, i questioned my guildmates (those who are on PC) as well as people in gen chat. Everyone who responded said they were experiencing the same thing.
