I have been looking all over the internet and still can not find any info on the next set of GC promotions (the ranks past lieutenant). Does anyone have any info on how to get a promotion past this rank? Did I miss something in the game that opened these higher ranks?
Basically, you can't, as they're not currently available. Second Lieutenant is the highest rank you can gain at this point in time. I presume SE is just keeping the higher ranks for future content.
