Making new FC question

Alright. I am wondering. Is there any way of creating a new FC on a server where you don't know anyone using alternative character method? Having started a new character on a new server, I have never joined an FC and don't want to. I meet the lv25 requirement and have joined a GC. I just need 3 people to sign petition however everyone I have asked on the server ignores me. I figured I could create 3 alt characters to sign them for me but the game on PS3 won't let me log in while I am already logged in on PC. Is the only method of bypassing this to create 3 seperate accounts and purchase the game on each account? :(

Sadly i do believe you would need to have 3 seperate people. Perhaps if you do make a second alt character on the same server you may but i am guessing no.
I would say post up in the forum specific section and hopefully someone would join you.
