Cannot Complete LeveQuest with Materia Enhanced Item

Frequency: Consistent after 2.28 Patch.

Class/Level: Weaver - 39
Party or solo: Solo
Area and coordinates: Costa del Sol, X30 Y30
Steps:
1. Select NPC to turn in the required item.
2. Select the correct item (Linen Chausses) from my inventory.
3. Game prompts "Do you really want to trade an item with materia affixed?"
4. Select "Yes" at the prompt.
5. Game prompts "Do you really want to trade a high-quality item?"
6. Attempt to select "Yes" again at this prompt -- nothing happens.
7. Attempt to select "No" at this prompt -- nothing happens.
8. Attempt to use the "X" to close out of the dialogue option -- nothing happens.
9. Click anywhere on the screen other than the prompt window and the prompt closes without submitting my item and the levequest is incomplete.

It is worth noting that I am able to complete this transaction with NQ Linen Chausses and HQ Linen Chausses with no materia affixed to them. However when I have materia affixed to the items, the NPC's dialogue appears to take precedence over the games 2nd "are you sure" prompt. Thus when you click anywhere on the screen, the NPCs dialogue for the quest finishes, but the dialogue prompt to turn in the item disappears.

This was working fine last night before the patch.
