Ramuh EX will be locked as a pre-made 8 man party just like how Levi was.

Player must complete main quest "Guardian of Eorzea", Mog EX and Levi EX.

Special note: In Patch 2.3, players does not need to complete Garuda EX, Titan EX and Ifrit EX to have access to Mog EX and Levi EX.

Probably a good idea, Levi Ex most people find easier than the 3 previous extreme fights. Titan Ex is blocking a lot of people. Moogle is pretty easy too, especially with 3 tanks.

Finally, I can stop trying to get Titan Extreme cleared for people. I'm tired of looking at him...
