My main is an Archer and you never want to get any nerf but we were honestly doing way more damage than the other classes by far. And not only were we doing too much damage we didn't even have to move! All the other melee DDs had to keep running around chasing the mob while we sat back, out of Area of Effect range to boot, firing away.
This will weed out sheep Archers from real ones. I was tired of people being Archer because they did damage not because they genuinely wanted to play that class. Heck, I never saw a single Archer use Quelling Strike other than myself. Most of you don't even know what that ability is.
If you truly want to be an Archer you will shut up and learn to play it. We didn't even get nerf that bad. You want to see something sad? Look at Thaumaturge. They are the ones who can complain all they want and have my support.

Archer here saying change is GREAT! Keep making changes to the battle system to make it more engaging other than SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM.. anything that takes us away from that and more towards a battle system with some depth and skill involved is FINE WITH ME! DO IT SE! LOVE THE PATCH SO FAR!

The fact that they made Bloodletter and Foeseeker stronger helps, but 15 seconds is an eternity in a fight, if it were halved I wouldn't mind as much, at least we still have trifurcate.
