[Suggestion] SCoB Adjustments
The problem is that groups not in multiples of 8 (tackling specifically, 9-15 members) will have to have some split up and find others, especially in SCoB.
A simple way around the problem is to allow each player to enter each turn of SCoB precisely twice maximum (groups of >16 members should have been running 2+ raids). However, on the second entry these people will not be able to loot items. Furthermore, those who are in to clear a second time will cause a proportionate reduction of drop rates (to maintain fairness in gear progression and lower mercenary behavior).
Say a static group consisting of 11 members wants to bring the 3 other members who did not join the first clear. Upon a second entry, the group will be composed of 5 members who cleared and 3 members who haven't cleared. When they do clear the dungeon, each treasure chest only has a 3/8 (37.5%) chance of appearing. If any treasure chest appears, only those 3 can roll for the loot. The 5 who cleared a second time will have to wait for next week to re-enter that turn in SCoB now (strictly no third clear - again, to minimize behavior of selling clears). These 3 may go in again with others, if they desire for a loot-less second clear.
Hope this idea will be considered to facilitate growth of free companies and linkshells.
