ilvl 77 BLM looking for Primal EX linkshell or group

I hit the wall of Garuda EX, and don't have any success with her via DFing or PFing. I am looking for linkshells or groups of people that do these Primals a few times per week, and are willing to either take in a BLM who is willing to learn these fights, or are new players themselves in similar situation willing to learn and get better in the fights without raging and blaming each other when we fail.
I am online most days between 20:00 and 01:00 GMT or so.
