questions for duty commenced team

1- for item desynthesis in patch 2.3, will we be able to desynthesize other people's items, in a manner similar to how we can meld other people's items?

2- will an item only be desynthesizable by the DoH class that repairs it? for instance, a cobalt winglet sword, crafted and repaired by blacksmith; will it only be desynthesizable by the blacksmith class? or can a goldsmith desynth it as well?

3- will someone in the game PLEASE change the red woolen sugarloaf hat so that it can be discarded or sold? worst troll item EVER.

4- why was Beyohne the only one with a food buff during the last duty commenced episode? are the other 2 party members not allowed to eat before the show? do they get nervous tummies?
