Several error-messages and codes otw to log-in screen

These Messages and codes are likely old news,but the last few days I often get them before game reaches the log-in screen,preventing getting into the game.

- "The server is not responding. For assistance with this issue,visit the Square enix Support Center http://sqex.to/x4w [11070][-2140077822]"

- "Unable to connect to the version check server [20447][10009][-2140077822]"....

Often even getting a black screen with the white mouse-arrow icon on,while hearing the log-in screen's music in the background. o.O

I'm getting something similar,

I checked an old thread with the same issue http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...not-responding
tried everything on there but it didn't help, I also checked the error codes with the support site, only got one hit

which didn't help me at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
