main storyline quest Scions of the Seventh Dawn bugged

my main character Loki Mortmagus has run into an obstacle which prevents all further progress in the game. I cannot complete the quest because I cannot get a location for the quest objective.

the Scions of the Seventh Dawn Quest has a map interaction bug which prevents you from seeing the location of the quest objective on the game map.

you can see the icon on the global view but it doesn't zoom in to the actual location of the quest objective, so I have no idea where to go or even what area the quest objective is in.

i've waited almost a week for some action to be taken by square enix and thus far nothing has been done.

can someone please either fix this or move me to the quest objective so i can get on with playing the game?
