How I fixed Error 2002.

Error 2002 is a connection issue. I thought it was the servers but It was actually me. I have xfinity comcast. Sometimes xfinity is a pain for online games, but I found a way to fix my issue. In order to stop Error 2002 I logged into my router then set the firewall security to Minimum. Then I logged into the game, connected to a data center and then I finally was able to play! Anyone who has this issue should log into your router, and then change the security level of your firewall to low, minimum. I hope this helps whoever has this problem! :D

Yea apparently i already had my settings to Minimal, so i just re-saved the settings and i'm running the game. I've only been in for at least 5 mins and i fought 1 add without lag but. i'm queing up for a dungeon which is where i usually 90k. So not gonna get my hopes up yet i still have no faith in this game. Has yours remained stable?

Yeah my game has been stable for days. I have no problems anymore. My connection is always excellent. hope yours will be also!

Well i'm in A dungeon and i just 90k'd as i was typing this. Well this didnt work for me because i was still getting lag spikes in the dungeon that lead into the 90k error which is going to give me 2002 next im almost 100% sure.

Are you using wired or wireless connection? I also went into my computer firewall ( the windows one), went into advanced settings, and then set new inbound rules. I set rules for ports -

54992 - 54994
55006 - 55007
55021 - 55040

i'm using a wired connection because of powerline adaptors. firewall>advanced settings>inbound rules>set new rule> then you just follow the steps.

I don't have inbound settings in my advanced settings. Just enable/disable port forwarding. and i just 90k'd again....

i shouldnt have to do any of this just to play a game. the average consumer of this shouldnt have to go into all of this just to log on and play. Maybe i should just quit the game completely. and again as i type this just got 2002
