Blacklist getting full

Not sure where to post this and didn't really see any other posts asking the question that I am going to ask. Even in the support desk help questions. If there is, then I guess I didn't look far back enough through the posts. So here it goes.

Are GMs able to look at our character's blacklist? If so, could a GM please look at my character's blacklist and delete all characters on it and the accounts they are connected to? Thanks in advance if a gm could do this.

All of the characters on my blacklist are RMT advertisers. They are the only ones I have been blacklisting since I have been playing.

they only ban the characters not delete them you have to remove them yourself, if a character says delete that means the rmt did it to get past your blacklist.

Well the characters should be deleted so we know that they were taken care of instead of thinking that SE hasn't been doing anything about the RMTs. I know that SE has been posting that they have been banning RMT accounts, but how can we tell if the characters in our blacklists have been banned or not other than taking them off our blacklist to see if we still get tells from them?

that i know of there is no way it's a gamble.
