Black Mage casting get canceled

Steps:
When casting a spell, if the target move from a wide angle away, the cast will fail.
For example in T9, stacking in the middle for Thermionic Beam, when casting a spell and the boss jump from one end of arena to another, the casting will fail. Tried pressing face target a few time, but it only works half the time.

For healers, their casting have no such issue, since they don't need to be facing the target.

I hope this behavior of not needed to face the target to be also applicable to black mage.
