So.. I have been guilty of leaving a party Main Scenario. (yup I took the 30mins)

PUG (me need mythology right..) so 100 per day for it is good.

I am not new to healing, not the best, but I ain't iLvl 90. Still, main scenario, with TWO healers, should be fine.

Other healer: Hope you can solo-heal xD cause I plan to watch every cutscenes.

I was about to ask Kick Me, typed too fast, so it was seen as kick.

Then another one with "close to have the same name' than the healer, on cap: cutscenes wont be skipped!

So yes, it's that thing again.

I left. Not bec I don't want them to enjoy the cutscenes. Not at all. I am defending this all over the forums ^^ But free leeches on a run, so he will enjoy his story, get the job done.. without helping, no-no for me.

Either all agree on watching the cutscenes, waiting for everyone (which wasn't the case here), or don't do them at all.

Your opinions?

eh don't feel bad, anyone that said what he did is clearly a leech.

if you want to watch cutscenes, there are three options:
Party finder a group for it
ask at the start of a DF group is everyone is cool with it
watch them at the inn(IDGAF if you don't like watching them at the inn. You gotta realize this game isn't just you, it's everyone. Stop being selfish if no one else wants to watch them).

When I played MH, if we had a leach in our party, we'd purposely DC from the quest, and then go do something else leaving him there alone. Sadly, if you leave them alone in this game, you can't go do anything else until your penalty ends(or they leave the instance if you "DC'd").

Right, stop being selfish. You gotta realize this game isn't just for you, but for people who want to watch the cutscenes.

OP is fine with people watching cutscenes, he just doesn't want people only standing there watching cutscenes and not doing fights at all while the rest of the group does it.

ie: He wants the entire party to wait or the entire party to skip.

The thing is, he clearly said he wasn't against them watching cutscenes...But the way they announced it was clearly asshatty. "You're gonna solo heal while I sit back and enjoy my cutscenes" isn't exactly cool in my book, and I probably would've left too.

If they look like they have run it before and say that, yea probably leeching

No this person clearly didn't say that. The OP decided to tell us that is what he said. I doubt we got the full story.

My interpretation: he said you'll have to wait for me since I'm watching cut scenes or you can solo heal. The community in this game is the most selfish I've seen and thinks the whole party is just there to serve whatever they want to do. The OP is just another one of those who pretends to be fine with it but when it happens he twists it to make him the hard done by party.

Yes, it is a team game...so act like a team player and stop being selfish. If someone wants to watch the cutscenes, let them.

This. Let's be real here, cutscenes aren't so long the party is without a healer for the run. OP making drama.

Running ahead = not letting people enjoying their cutscenes.

Which is, I will repeat here, am totally fine with it (letting peeps to watch to enjoy).

a Party Finder is made so you can state what you want as a selfish person (one mistake = kick, no cutscenes, need to have watched video 10 times, 9 no good = kick) so if you want to leech and pay for a run so that other seven people will do the fight work for you, this is where you should click.

if you are doing a Duty Roulette, I do tend to believe in majority wins.

For the majority to vote and win, everyone needs to contribute. If everyone agrees for the cutscenes, all good, let's have fun and watch them, or skip them but still wait for others so they are not cut out of whats next, which happens pretty regularly.

So it's easy: fight as 8 - cutscene as 1 (all good) - cutscene ends - fight as 8 - cutscene etc..

if majority vote no cutscenes: sorry, you are out of luck. If you still insist of watching them, up to you, but if you are kicked out or lost.. it's sad.

Hope rephrasing it that way is better.

It has nothing to do with a particular dungeon: every trial/dungeons same rules applies when for some it's their first time, let them enjoy and wait for them.
