Bugged Quest: "Coming to Ul'dah"

I just installed the game for the first time yesterday and everything was running fine until I tried to speak with Momodi on a quest and as it tries to load the cutscene the game gives me an unexpected error and forces the game to close, this also happens on another character I made.

For some reason after reinstalling and repatching the game the quest works, I'm going to consider this case fixed but feel free to continue to look into it.
