Loadstone Achievement awards

Was just browsing around through achievements of random players and noticed some players awards must be false because for example: "Leaving a good impression 1 2 and 3 was earned by a player back in December on the same day" seems impossible to earn the 3rd back then and also on the same day. So how accurate are these, if they are accurate are those like not real players and examples or what? :confused: :confused: :confused:

People used to farm these by queing for a quickly completeable guildhest while having flagged themselves as only being able to speak french or german. They'd then trade commendations and repeat.

You can farm them with a certain method which I won´t explain here. It´s possible to obtain them in one day without any problems.
