Hello. I am on world Excalibur and have a friend who just bought the game and wants to join. However when he tries to create a character on Excalibur it says the "this world is no longer accepting new players". I would think this means it is full. Is there a way around this like a FF11 world pass? Or do we just have to wait for the restriction to be lifted?

The creation restriction lifts every so often , based on how many are logged on. Have him try again late night or in the early morning when there are less players on.

You'd have to wait for the restriction to be lifted, but it depends on the current logged-in population of the server and can change throughout the day so if he checks back during off hours, in the morning before work or something like that then he should be able to get in.
