Questions about 3 star recipes

Hey everyone, yesterday i decided to spend a couple million to gear up my LTW and crafted all the HQ AF gear as well as 60 gryphs for my tools, as of now i am 396 Craft, 381 Control, 345 CP and am wondering what are the most popular 3 star recipes to HQ.
I am aware it is entirely dependant on ym server's market and i should be making the i70 pieces but i am guessing there should always be a trend, which are the most cost efficient pieces to HQ?

Just look at price history for the items. See which sell more frequently.

What was last week, is very different this week, that much I can tell you about for my server. IE: IV Control materia was at 90-100k last week, this week it is at 175-200k.

My best suggestion? Study the trand of the items you can make, and pick one with good profit, and good demand. Hoping to make 200K profit on an iL90 item that only sells 1 piece a week, is must less profitable then an iL70 that sells 5 pieces a day w 50k profit.

I'm sure all Saurian gear are important. Just check the market on which one is the most expensive and which one needs the least amount of materials. Assuming you could HQ them, I don't think it's hard to sell for profit.

Saurian boots/gloves penta melded are too good.! every bard should get them :D
