Kicking players

all characters, all the time, with all races when in a Party
ease list the in-game time that the issue occurred.

Steps:
When you kick a player from an instance for any reason, AFK, harrasment, and the vote passes, why is it that the player can then jump straight back into that instance?
For example we had a tank in a crystal tower run that was harrasing our FC tank, he was the only Duty found person in our group and he was insulting our tank for no real reason, we kicked him out, he came straight back in.

This happens with all instances, if someone is kicked from a certain party they SHOULD NOT be allowed back in that group, when they queue again and join an in progress they should only be allowed to join anything but the party they were just in.

Obviously more of an oversight than a bug. imo a kicked person should get the 30 minute wait (and yes, I'm aware kick abuse happens, people wrongly kicked should be reporting it anyway)
