<Royalz> LF Off-Tank (with a DPS off class for solo tank content) for primary static

Hello guys, I'm the GM of The Royalz. We're responsible for the server 2nd full FC clear and, unfortunately, our Summoner wishes to part ways and focus on other things in life while our current OT moves into a full-time DPS role.

We already have a tank in mind, so our requirements may seem a bit steep, but if you feel confident in joining our ranks and constantly taking out T6-T9 every week and feel you have the power to do it, you may the the right fit.

Here are some of our requirements (subject to updates)

• Must be able to use our VOIP, RaidCall
• i100+
• T9 experience (Post mega-flare preferred)
• Must be able to help kite renauds in T7
• Must have a respectably geared DPS class for one-tank content
• Must be able to take constructive criticism and look to improve
• Preferably you don't raid log
• Are able to make the raid times when necessary and, occasionally, more

Our raid times are from 7:30-10:30 CST on Monday-Thursday. While we may be clearing all the current content in one day, for the future, this will be a mandatory schedule (while also being subject to change in the future.)

Our group is looking to continue competitively pushing content through Ramuh, further Coil turns and beyond.
