Is there news for housing item limit increase?

My FC currently has a mansion in The Goblet and having a 200 item limit is really annoying! :(

When we first got our mansion, we went around looking at other mansions for ideas and we saw that many of them decided to just ignore the basement.

So...... is there word that the devs might increase the limit or none at all? :/
