But major patches in any MMO tend to extend the downtime a bit. And SE does have that pesky history for doing so, so I ask...
How long will the down time be extended? I'm guessing 30 minutes.

They've been pretty good about it the last few patches if memory serves. I don't recall there being much if any extended downtime.
