BiS FC looking for WAR T9 group

Best in Slot(BiS) is looking for a WAR to replace an outgoing member on a T9 group.

We consider ourselves a relatively hard core raid group, but we don't put in the crazy hours that many groups do. This means that we have to make the most of our time and we do. We don't let mistakes fly after content is understood and don't want anyone who wants to simply "get by."

Please understand that anyone who is interested will be heavily scrutinized because we expect top performance from our members.

We currently:

• raid Tuesday & Thursday 9-12 EST with optional extra raids Sunday & Monday 9-12 EST (ideally)
• are executing phase 3 on t9
• endure angry scholar comments when people are scrubbing it up

Looking for someone who has:

• killed t6, t7-t8 exp a plus
• iLv95+ gear with [ideally] 520 accuracy(with food)
• access to TS and a mic
• the ability to take critical feedback and offer it in a [relatively] constructive manner
• the technology to have holmgang activate on the voice command of our healers
