Static Groups

Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to ask around how things are with everyone and their coil statics.

Are you still in your original group?
Was there drama?
Have you gone through many different groups?

I've been pretty lucky to have had the same static up until 4 weeks ago. Then after our static broke apart, I didn't feel like filling in the group with reps anymore and just decided to quit the game at that point. (Because there's nothing else to do endgame wise.)

I'm beginning to see more and more people LFM or LFG for statics. I think people have warned awhile back about the potential problems with statics and now we are seeing them...and it's going to cause SE to lose membership. (about 8 of us have decided to leave the game for other MMOs with more possibly leaving.)

I have the same static I started with. Of course there's drama, but we are all pretty close and get over it by the time raid ends. All of us came from another game so it's not like we met on FF14.

My first static was with my FC. The FC went inactive though.

For my second static, only 3 of the original 8 remain. The others we managed to fill in from other FC members and good players we met through Party Finder.

We took a break from raiding when 2.2 hit, but just started getting back into it now. We're currently taking on Turn 6.

same old static when 2.0 started since 6 months ago, there'll always be drama in every group but if the static leader is good people will stick around.

I.can't even find a static lol they all want completely experienced "Must have 6-9 killzzz, or be sub 1% t9" so I'm stuck with PF for learning.. which I typically clear t6 weekly, t7 is hit & miss in pf weekly, even in 'kill' groups

I joined my static in 2.0, when one of their tanks left to join another group within the same FC.

Still in the same static, albeit with some different faces here and there. Since the time I joined, 4 of us are still in the same static.

well, i've been with my static for a while now, we are casual players so, we enjoy the game litlle by little

Found my static(and FC) all the way back in like the 2nd week after the 2.0 launched. They were looking for a tank for t2 and I happen to be online, still doing coil with 6 out of 7 of those guys now and we're working on T8. So I guess statics do work sometimes?

Been with the same raidleader, but the group members have changed multiple times, now the leader is the last original member of it, I permanently joined it early December.
