The new ones do, and from now on all of them will.
Unfortunately its not retroactive.
Techncially every original dungeon had its own theme - but they only play for about two minutes, and then don't loop, and you get either silence or the battle theme.
Hopefully going forward we'll continue to get new themes, like Halatali HM/Lost City did (mind you I am really, really okay with The Dark's Embrace)
Not sure how many times peopled asked for the original music to play.
My early dungeons fave's are Qarn and Hatali...):

I did notice later dungeons have better music. That battle theme that plays ad naseum in every lower dungeon really, REALLY gets irritating. I love leveling through dungeons, but I hate that song. You all know the one.
The 1.0 dynamic music is great wherever it plays, and i enjoy all the new themes and boss musics.
Its a great trend. It's probably too much to ask for them to do dynamic music for every dungeon, but boy it'd be awesome.
Crystal Tower's music is like, one of the best things about it.
