Suggested Changes to Roulette, Challenge Log, and Loot System

Roulette

1) Let us queue for multiple daily roulette at the same time.

2) Let us be able to do simultaneous queues on different jobs (ex: queue for Brayflox HM as DPS and Trial Roulette as WHM).

3) Add a PvP roulette w/ corresponding bonus to Wolf Marks and PvP exp.

Challenge Log

1) Add more PvP Challenges (ex: make the current challenges for level 30, 40, and 50).

2) Add a Challenge that gives Wolf Marks.

Loot System

1) Change it so "Need" is not tied to the class you queue as, rather you can select a class when you queue so that you are able to "Need" loot for only that class (ex: you can queue as a tank but instead of being able to "Need" tank gear, you can "Need" MNK gear).

2) And/or: Add a loot system where party leaders can set loot parameters that members have to agree to when they join (ex: "This party is Greed Only, do you still want to join? Y/N?).

These are just a few ideas off the top of my head. Feel free to suggest more.

My personal hope is that PvP gets some kind of buffs to help with new players ranking up and acquiring Marks (as some of the PvP gear will be obsolete by the time they can even purchase it). Also, I'd like to see this game be more alt friendly loot-wise and have safeguards against ninja looting. Queues are longer because tanks are in short supply. Well I'd like to be able to play a tank (my main) and still have some possibility of getting gear I need for other jobs. This is win-win for everyone.

But do it that the player who is in the duty as the role in need still get priority.

Example:
Role in Need : Tank
WAR who selected tank for need gear
MNK who selected tank for need gear
The WAR get the tank gear

Role in Need : DPS
WAR who selected DPS for need gear
MNK who selected DPS for need gear

The MNK get the DPS gear

Total disagree on being able to need on other job drops when your their as another, if you really want to make sure you can need on them, go on that job, wouldn't be fair as example a tank gearing up,ques and gets in dungeon and is always beaten on tank gear by DPS or healer

All these changes are unnecessary.

People going in as tank/heaker and asking to have the ability to need dps gear? That is just all sorts of unfairness. I play all three, and tank and healers already queue so much faster and now you will use that to abuse the other DPS players? That just does NOT seem right at all.

About the only thing that may be worth considering is queue-ing in multiple aspect, but even that smells heavily of selfishness. Lining-up in multiple lines at once just seems wrong, even if it is a system finding and sorting trying to get best match. Perhaps the compromise is the roulette everything (the player has unlocked) and let the RNG and chance decide where you will land. But I doubt very many of the selfish people would sign up for that.

I've never understood this desire. If you queue as tank for a dungeon you're nearly guaranteed to get into that one so queuing as a DPS in a separate dungeon (if you even manage it before the tank dungeon pops up) would be pointless.

Since such a feature would only make sense for party finder groups, it would be enough to see the parameters in the party finder if custom loot parameters are added and used. I see no point in confirm dialogue on top of that.
