Looking for at least deep experience into t8 (will help with t8 clear if needed) with an ability to learn things quickly. Group is starting first progression on 9 this week. We expect you to understand your job, abilities, and p1 rotation on t9.

Raid times: Tues-Thurs 8pm EST-1130pm EST
Additional days we may run if members are on.

Free rolls on Tank/Healers (to compensate for Tome/Sand)

Each player will designate 1 off-spec job. If no one is able to need on a roll, only a person designated as an off-spec can greed.

If no one has item declared to off-spec, it is free for anyone to greed (please have job to 50 at least)

I really suggest paying taking a look at these guides. Mr Happy will walk you through somewhat and is useful, but he provides so much information so fast, its easy for it to go in one ear and out the other. Still should watch, but don't use it as your only source.

Solitude has provide a great written guide (but we will not be using bomb patterns).
Gives everything in detail.
