Retainer Ventures - suggestion for an additional feature

Hi!
I am a university student who sometimes doesn't have a lot of time to be on, but I find sending my Retainers out on Ventures to be extremely rewarding while I am studying.

I find that I may be away from my computer for more than an hour, but less than 18 hours. I was wondering if there could be an in-between option like a sliding bar which sets the length of the venture and shows how much experience you would receive for that length of time:

CUSTOM EXPLORATION:
- Set length of time
- Slide bar to determine length of time and how much exp. gained
- Rewards:

• 1 Hour = Normal Item Rate and EXP Gained
• 2 Hours = 1.5x Items Gathered and EXP Gained
• 3 Hours = 2x Items Gathered and EXP Gained
• 4+ Hours = 3x Items Gathered and EXP Gained

This is a great suggestion. An alternative would be to make the retainer menu available on the lodestone. I'd love to be able to set ventures or manage my auctions without logging into the game.

I'm at the point of having all my retainers at lvl 50 and not even sending them out on 18 hours anymore, because the XI XII and XIII exploration isn't worth it anymore :/
