Summoner vs Scholar
Ok, so My character is a bit of a long term project. Even though it doesn't come with any massive in game benefit like other games that let you play every class on the same character, I'm working on turning him into a completionist. So with that in mind I've been looking at the summoner and scholar jobs. The wiki says that int is for arcanists, int is for summoners, and mind is for scholars. However since the raises are all based on the arcanist level as you level I'm wondering if that means you can't really swap back and forth between summoner and scholar effectively. Hope people understand what I'm getting at and can offer some feed back.

there are items you can buy for 10k company seals that allow you to change the stats on a class, these mostly get used on warriors (to swap str and vit) and arcanist to swap mind with intelligence, they are somewhat costly so most people avoid using them all the time, but it does mean your not locked into having the stats set in stone.
another popular option is to half half your stats, and go with 15 mind and 15 int.

For SMN 30 int is important, however for SCH, 30 mind is not as important. If you want to play both, put 30 into INT.

Summoners INT stat is really priority. Mainly because outside thier Pet, they are nothing but DOT and tht can make getting rid of adds in some boss fights take longer than you want them to.
Scholars MND stat is important, yes, but later when you start having 8-person parties, it's less important since you will have another healer working with you. Scholars are more about utilizing the galvanize buff and sacred soil to reduce damage while the Eos does the healing. A great scholar will stay ahead on keeping the tank galvanized, giving them time to do other things like micromanage their fairy or throw out a DOT or two.
