Buff Timers, Cooldown Timers, Stamina Bar: severely inaccurate

I've had this issue for the longest time now. In the past, whenever I left my game open for a long time the buffs, cooldowns, and stamina have become all inaccurate.

For example on a buff that is supposed to last 60 minutes, it'll initially read as 52 minutes. When the timer reaches no time left, it will spend however much time is supposed to be left flashing, as if it is about to wear off. So the buff itself is still lasting the 60 minutes but the timer is off.

Cooldowns are have a similar problem. If I use an ability it doesn't show its cooldown anymore, though I can't use it for again until the time is actually up.

The stamina bar is slightly different but I think it's probably tied into the same issue. It appears to regenerate very quickly, and always looks full.

Like I said I had this happen a lot before when the game was up for an extended amount of time, but recently even restarting the application doesn't fix the problem.

Yeah, but we'll still have buffs and cooldowns, won't we?

That's what I thought.

I figured I'd describe the problem fully to give someone a clue as to what might be going on.

Those will probably be fixed tomorrow to, since timers and cooldowns and whatnot are getting adjusted due to the removal of the stamina bar.

I dunno about that, unless they're changing the whole timing system. Guess we'll see then.
