When are you going to make crafters and gatherers into real classes, for real?

So, I see a lot of changes planned, but as usual everything is focused on DoW/DoM. What about gatherers and crafters? Especially gatherers.

I mean Gatherers have two levequests. That is it. The name of the HQ item and the locations change based on your camp - but that is all. TWO LEVES. No variety whatsoever.

Not only that but it is impossible to get a full set of 8 leves at your level during a reset. That's garbage. We should be able to get at least 4 at each camp, so we have some choice in them and if we want to, only have to travel between two cities.

DoH and DoL classes are not receiving any love in these update notes. SE should take these classes OFF the character creation screen if they don't want to put any work into making them fun.

Yoshi announced quite a while ago that crafters and gatherers being "main classes" is a feature that doesn't work, so they are focusing on making them supporting classes. Read all the dev posts/translations whatever and you would have seen that before posting this useless topic.

They are real classes, but they're not on the front lines like DoM/DoW, hence why they get "more love" -- DoL and DoH are basically support, which they've always been and Yoshida acknowledges.

Oh well if that is the case I guess I won't be paying any subs for this game.

Your character shows THM as your main class...

The material system makes crafters and gatherers even more necessary that they are now. Also they announced in another thread that gathering SP is getting a boost. It's a step in the right direction.

obvious troll is obvious? When have DoL and DoH EVER been anything more than support classes in ANY game (other than the theory that Tanaka had that never came to life...lol..Stone throw..)

Why on earth should any of the crafting classes of DoLs be considered main classes in the way that DoW/Ms are? The degree of monotony in both is downright outrageous. That is no way to primarily play any sort of game.
