Changing authorizations for Free Company?

Hi SE community,

I was wonder how to change these settings. My friend and I couldn't figure out where the options are to allow certain authorizations for the Officer/s (such as editing the company crest).

Can anyone please shed some light? =)

I'm sure you found out by now, but anyways:

You go to the FC window where all the ranks are on a list. Right click the one you want to edit to get the options.
