Suggestion to get rid of bots spamming tells

First off I would like to say I love this game best MMORPG in awhile! :) I have an idea in which could limit the spamming on the tells. Can you guys add an option in which we can set it so only people FC members, friends, and linkshells can send you a tell? This way it limits the gil sellers from spamming us countlessly.

What about people responding to others advertising crafts in /sh? If you have that option checked, you'll have to uncheck it just to be able to receive responses.

It would be easier to just add an option when you click their name that reports them for spam which also blacklists them. A lot of them don't get reported anymore because the process to report them takes so long and gets no meaningful responses.
