I'm not sure if there is a specific list for aetheryte locations online, but from what I'm aware, this is the 'conclusive' list:

As far as I know, those are the current aetherytes available in the game (if SE adds more zones, which is highly likely, if not guaranteed, then it's logical more aetherytes will also be added too). ;)
Coerthas needs another one. That place is huge and it takes forever to travel across the map. I missed out on Behemoth once because I couldn't get there fast enough.

You also get an Aetheryte to your FCs house.
