Turn 7 killed my static
Going on week three of turn 7 gotten it down to 10%, before the usual people wipe the raid with shriek or voice all of the melee or healer teams. I\\'ve cleared T7 personally with a pug. I don\\'t know what to do? Look for a new static or replace the bads? Has this happened to anyone else?

What was the wipe come from ?
If by voice / shriek or petrification, you can fix by using voice comm. to remind him,
but judging from you reach 10%, he should have no problem with mechanic ? I don't know.

If it is the same old person, then maybe you guys need to talk to him/her and set him/her a deadline to improve, if not can be replaced. Again it depends on your team, if you guys are less progression minded and just want to play together as friends, then suck it up and continue wiping until he gets it :p

Tell them git gud for a couple hours straight.

Which strategy are you using? The 4x stack method, although it takes a bit for the kiter to perfect (ideally a smn), will make the fight muuuuuch easier on the party overall once renauds stop spawning (at a cap of four). Whoever has shriek always goes to the same place... and the same for people dodging shriek. Another common error is that people mpk each other with fireballs. If it's a cramped time (such as waiting for shriek to go off), I like to sit on the boss's butt because the boss will NOT fireball someone within their own melee range, unless it has no other targets to hit. So, when shriek is coming, I'll go on the boss's butt, wait for fireballs to go out, then move back to my original spot.
Voice communication for this fight is also very useful. I call out every time voice is cast, and every time shriek is cast, and who it lands on so they KNOW they need to move. Healers freezing the renauds, and people with shriek often call out the timing of their voice/shriek so people don't accidentally move into the path. Using the 4x stack method, people refreezing the renauds should make sure the freeze hits all four, or you'll need to kill one and reposition a new renaud that pops. The entire group likes to call out petra, you know, just in case someone misses it. Tail is easy to call out, too, since it has a long cast time... and don't forget -- all abilities have a set rotation, so you can even know what is coming.
Anyway, good luck, and don't lose hope. My group spent weeks on this before finally winning. Now we one-shot it. For some reason, it took a while for a few people to have something 'click' in their minds about how this fight works... For a lot of people, I think they just panic and lose their focus until they are completely comfortable with the fight... and then it is a cake walk. If one particular person STILL isn't improving after having everything called... I really don't know what to say. ;;

Do you feel like the group you are in is even capable of progressing further?
If not, it's time to abandon ship. If it's just a few players, let them know that they need to pick up their game.
Progression raiding isn't necessarily difficult - doing well with it is more about patience than anything unless you are trying to be the best on your server or something. People will get it eventually, but too many bad attempts can really destroy the drive of previously enthusiastic players and it gets pretty bad in this game because while encounters are not necessarily complex, mistakes are pretty relevant and can just end up wasting 5 minutes of the group's time.

Tonight after letting everyone know the situation and letting our problem players know to pick up there game or they will be replaced, that magic win happened.

So instead of killing your static it actually improved it :D
